Today was a free day, so most of us took the train to Sitges Beach.
It was terribly windy and there were sandstorms. I felt like I was back in my hometown.
The picture is of me trying to stop the sand from gritting in my teeth, and settling on my eyelashes.
On a better day, I could see why Sitges would be the most popular, expensive resort near Barcelona— it’s only 40 km south, or 30 minutes by train. It’s also now the gay world’s capital, but it used to just be a quiet fishing town.
